Google IoTCore connector specifics

Google's IoTCore transposes a Niagara container (a device, a folder...) into a "device". They are automatically provisioned in the IoTCore console with their tags (based on data models) in the Device metadata part.

There is no concept of points in IoTCore.

The initialization phase of a device and a point (their registration) with the list of their tags is done by sending MQTT messages on the /service topic
