For the moment, only Strategies are supported by btibTemplate.
Therefore, this guide will be focused on Strategies only.
Introduction
This module was designed to work the same way as traditional Niagara template feature. If you are familiar with using Niagara template, getting familiar with this module should be easy.
The new template feature works with contextual menu commands that you can trigger on specific objects (only Strategies for the moment):

A “Copy Strategy” command, available on a Strategy.

A “Paste Strategy” command, available on the root Strategy folder that you can find in your BtibService.
The module also bundles a template viewer that can help you inspect a template before deploying it.
Copy a Strategy

Right-click on the Strategy you want to package and click on the “Copy Strategy“ action.

You be asked to provide some information about the template you want to create:

The name of the template file.

The password of the template file (this is important to guarantee the safety and integrity of your template).

Click “OK” to launch de template process.
