A floatElement is an element that can be added to a flexView.
The floatElement stay to all the pages of the flexView.
In the V0, the floatElement is only available to the bottom-right of the flexView.
To add a floatElement, go to the setting bar and select floatButton:
If btibTicketing is present in the station, you can add a btibTicketing@NewTicket for exemple:
Then the floatElement is available in the flexView and can be modified in edit mode.
