Linksper can be integrated with any services out there thanks to its native Rest API and its library of connectors. Many services have been interacting with Linksper and form now an eco-system.

This is below a list of official services

Workspace applications

SpaceOS is a complete application environment for building owners, operators and tenants around workspaces.

SpaceOS allows you to manage the reservation of spaces, offices, connected lockers, car charging stations... The application also improves employee engagement through the creation of events or the ability to report incidents.

Linksper retrieves the various reservations and events to trigger local scenarios (comfort anticipation, indicative lighting, etc.) and share this data with Analytics applications. Incidents are also retrieved, contextualized within the BOS and shared with third-party services.

The GEOLYS platform edited by Tevolys allows companies, owners and managers to facilitate the use of the building.

GEOLYS offers workspace reservations, animation, access to daily services such as concierge, click&collect as well as the possibility for occupants to report malfunctions in the building.

Linksper retrieves room reservations, incidents and transmits to the application comfort information on the spaces such as presence, temperature or air quality.

Service now specializes in digital workflow management for enterprise operations, including occupant assistance.

MapWize (part of Servicenow) is an interior mapping platform for creating new digital services in buildings around workspace management, maintenance or security.

Linksper interfaces with Servicenow to retrieve user-generated incidents and contextualize them against the BOS data model.

Linksper feeds Mapwize, a subservice for maps with real-time data related to equipment, space occupancy etc.

Microsoft Office 365 is the most widely used room booking application.

Linksper has a connector to retrieve reservations from each room and re-share them with other services.

The connector allows you to create a reservation on the fly (from a local interface for example) or to shorten an existing reservation in case of prolonged unoccupation of the room.

Jooxter is a room reservation application.

Linksper has a connector (same as Microsoft 365) with the application to retrieve reservations from the Jooxter API for each room.

For example, this connector has been deployed on the EuraTechnologies site in Lille to anticipate the heating and cooling needs of the rooms, particularly the auditorium.

BIM Maintenance applications

Connecting to a BIM maintenance application usually requires a connector to learn the BIM model (based on Linksper's SDK Model) and a real-time connection to feed data from the BOS to the application (via a MongoDb database, via API, via MQTT etc.)

TEIA from Stereograph is a BIM-based 3D CMS for creating animation scenes and displaying data from BOS.

Stereograph is one of the leading independent players in BIM GEM.

Linksper is able to feed the platform with a wide variety of real-time data that is contextualized with respect to a BIM model:
• Comfort data
• Technical installation data
•CMMS Tickets

TwinOps from the Vinci group is an application focused on BIM operations. It allows to visualize the building data in different formats: HeatMap, interactive popup... and to take control of the equipment.

It also manages the re-compartmentalization.

This application is deployed on several sites with Linksper. The implementation has been industrialized and automated for the most part.

Catenda for BOS from Catenda is an application centered on the BIM model for operators, end users and asset managers.

It offers complete control of the building through dashboards, room reservation interfaces, visualization of environmental parameters and simplified management.

This application is deployed on several sites with Linksper. Its implementation has been industrialized and automated for the most part.

Inteoo's Active-Vision solution is a DataCenter Management Application (DCIM) built on a Unity thick client for 3D visualization and based on Linksper for device management.

In addition to interconnecting different services, the application allows an end-customer to configure his data center room by simply dragging and dropping in the Linksper interface: adding racks, meters, smart plugs...

All logic, synthesis, calculations are deployed automatically and reports are made available to the customer.

Analysis and Dashboards

Edge Next (a subsidiary of Edge Group) offers a platform dedicated to energy optimization and performance of buildings to make them smarter, healthier and more sustainable.

Linksper feeds the Edge platform with data from :

  • Comfort: IAQ, temperature, noise...
  • Occupancy and counting (at the workstation level, space level...)
  • Consumption: electricity, water, calories...
  • Use of connected lockers
  • Room Reservations
  • Incidents reported by a Workplace application

Deepki, through its SaaS platform, assists real estate players, from data collection and analysis, to the definition and implementation of their ESG strategy in order to accelerate their environmental transition towards sustainability and zero carbon.

Linksper feeds the Deepki platform with consumption data (water, electricity, etc.) contextualized by usage to feed the dashboards.

Squaresense is a company specialized in building data analysis. With a large team of data scientists, the company collects and analyzes data and builds customized dashboards for property managers.

Linksper transmits data on the production/distribution of building equipment, comfort and all data relating to multi-fluid consumption.

CMMS

The interface with a CMMS is done in three steps. If the CMMS API allows it, the CMMS tree is learned by Linksper and the data acquired from the equipment is structured according to this tree.
When an alarm occurs on a point, a CMMS ticket is automatically created by Linksper with the right information. CMMS tickets can also be materialized in the BOS if other departments need the information (BIM GEM etc.)

Fiix Software is one of the rising stars in the CMMS field. Their application has a native API that allows for advanced exchanges with Linksper.

Linksper has a connector for learning CMMS ranges, structuring data according to these ranges, and creating intervention orders in the CMMS when an alarm occurs in the CMMS

SamFM is a widely deployed CMMS.

Linksper had to interface several times to generate intervention orders and transmit counting data.

Document management

Document management is an important part of a BOS as it allows technical documents, reports etc. to be linked to building management assets.

SharePoint is a content management and document management application offered by Microsoft and based on the OneDrive system.

Linksper has the ability to learn the tree structure and extract metadata (download links, last modifications, etc.) and thus associate documents with equipment, points, CMMS tickets, etc.
