Points

A RestQuery contains a RestPointDeviceExt which can itself contain Niagara points.

There are six available points:

1. Boolean Writable

2. Boolean Point

3. Numeric Writable

4. Numeric Point

5. String Writable

6. String Point

These points can be grouped into folders.

The Read points all have one identical RestPointProxyExt. This proxyExt is responsible for the execution frequency of RestQuery and allows the Conversions of the received value into the type of the created point.

These points are read-only.

The Write points will have a:

• WritableRestPointProxyExt by default.

• RestPointProxyExt if the point is in a WritableFolder.
