BtibLicenseUpdateView

The view enables to update LicensesInfo slot of the BBtibService manually, instead of waiting the next automatic update, simply by clicking a button.

Convenient for example if we exceed the limit of activeCredits and we wish to restore the license immediately after deleting some points or InfoSources.
