ExternalStatusOverrideExt

Description

The ExternalStatusOverrideExt extension is used to force an override status of a point (status {overridden}). The main use of this extension is to make it possible to define that a point is forced via another communication point.

Implementation

  • Add the ExternalStatusOverrideExt extension to a point

  • Link the externalOverride slot to a Boolean value representing the forcing status of that point (you can use the Composite command to facilitate this link as in the image above)

Properties

  • ExternalOverride: StatusBoolean input slot to force the {overridden} status of the parent point if and only if this property is true and its state is not {null}.
