Troubleshoot (Service)

Description

The Troubleshoot component will determine the health of the Service. In addition to the configuration set by the integrator, it will run tests during station boot-up and when the service is activated. On the right of each test you can see the status of each test, if the test fails you will see the severity of the test (severe or warning).

  • Present in the TicketService by default.

Actions

  • Execute: Runs all the Tests in the current Folder AND in the Troubleshoot component in your templates.

Properties

  • ExecutionTime: Specifies when the component should be executed.

  • AllInternalIdsShouldBeUnique: Tests if all internal ids are unique

  • AllTicketsShouldHaveAScope: Tests if all tickets have a scope defined

  • AtLeastOneTicketTemplate: Tests if at least one ticket template exists
