TicketDatabase

Description

The Ticket Database is a structured storage system designed to manage and archive tickets generated by a support, service, or task-tracking system. Its primary purpose is to preserve historical records of ticket activity in a consistent and searchable format

The Database will be saved on any manual or automatic station save. It will also be saved if you disable your TicketService.

Implementation

  • Drag and drop a TicketService to your station.

  • Your station console should display logs similar to the following:

An enabled TicketService is essential for the TicketSpace to function properly.

If you remove it or disable it, your TicketDatabase will be saved and stopped.

You won’t be able to read or write to your TicketDatabase.
In other words, you won’t be able to:

  • Archive your Tickets

  • Target an archived ticket with a “ticket:” query

  • Query archived ticket with a “tql:” query

Query Archived Tickets

There are two ways to access your archive tickets:

  • The Ticket Scheme will allow you to target a single Ticket

  • The TQL Scheme which works in a similar way to the BQL Scheme will allow you to query all your archived tickets.
