TicketSpace
To navigate inside the new TicketSpace , a new Scheme was created: “ticket:”
This Scheme allows you to target

the TicketSpace: simply write “ticket:”

a TicketFolder: “ticket:/<ticket_template_name>”
-
an OpenTicket: “ticket:/<ticket_template_name>/<ticket_name>”
TicketDatabase
You will also be able to display a ClosedTicket from your TicketDatabase by using the same syntax as for the ClosedTicket:
“ticket:/<ticket_template_name>/<ticket_name>”
Keep in mind that the ClosedTicket is only a view of the stored data, you won’t be able to change it.
Please also note that this view is only a snapshot and will not display any updates to the component.
Rights
Similarly to SlotPath queries, only the Components readable by a User will be displayed.
