A ClosedTicket represents the archived form of a Ticket.
Once a ticket reaches a status where toArchive is set to true, it is automatically archived and transformed into a ClosedTicket. The ticket becomes a record for auditing, analytics, or historical reference.
Closed Tickets are removed from the TicketSpace and are moved into the TicketDatabase.
