ResolvedStringSlotDefinition

Description

The ResolvedStringSlotDefinitioncomponent is very similar to the StringSlotDefinition. It allows you to create a custom String slot in Tickets. This cutom slot’s value will be determined by the SlotValue field. See Ticket synchronization | ResolvedStringSlotDefinition for more information. 

Implementation

• Drag and drop the component in a TicketTemplate

• Customize it

• Synchronize your TicketTemplate  

Properties

• SlotDisplayName: Defines the DisplayName of the slot

• Facets: Defines the Facets applied on the slot

• Flags: Defines the Flags of the slot

• SlotType: Displays the type of the created slot

• SlotValue: Defines the Value of the slot
