Description
The TicketImport component allows you to send a request and convert the response into Tickets.
Implementation

Drag and drop the component into a RestTicketDeviceExt.
Actions

Execute: Sends the request and converts the result into Tickets.

SynchronizeTemplate: Synchronizes the TicketMapper with the corresponding template.
Properties

Status: The status of this component.

State: the current state of the import process.

Idle: The component is ready and available for a new import.

Pending: An import request has been received and is awaiting execution.

InProgress: The import operation is currently running.

Enabled: The enabled state of this descriptor.

ExecutionTime: The execution time controls when the execute action will be invoked.

LastAttempt: The last time that the import was started.
-
LastSuccess: The last time that the import completed successfully.

LastFailure: The last time that the import failed to complete successfully.

FaultCause: Reason for the fault.

HttpConfig: Defines the request to send.

ValueSelector: Used to select the part of the JSON response that represents the Tickets. This can be either an array or an object. JSON Key Selector applied on the HTTP response.

TimestampFormat: Format to use to decode Timestamp values.

TicketMapper: Component used to extract data from the alarm. See TicketMapperFieldEditor.
