  • Customize it

  • Trigger the execute action in the parent TicketExport.

Properties

  • Body: The content that will be sent in the HTTP request.
Pay special attention to the $(tickets) variable, it is a special keyword that will be replaced by a JsonArray generated by the TicketToJson subcomponent.
If you work with a batch set to 1, you can use the $(ticket) variable wich return a single JsonObject.

  • TicketToJson: This subcomponent defines how each individual Ticket is converted into a JsonObject. It gives you full control over the structure and content of each ticket in the exported array.

Variables

  • $(tickets): JsonArray containing all the JsonObjects generated by the TicketToJson Component.

  • $(ticket): Only available if batch=1 in the ExportConfig. The JsonObject created by the TicketToJson Component.

  • $(ticketComponent): Only available if batch=1 in the ExportConfig. The currently exported Ticket. Allows you to create a custom variable based on the Ticket. Ex:
