TicketStatusValueDefinition

Description

The TicketStatusValueDefinition component allows you to create a custom status for your Tickets. Refer to Ticket synchronization | TicketStatusValueDefinition for more information.

Implementation

• Drag and drop the component in a TicketStatusSlotDefinition.

• Customize it

• Synchronize your TicketTemplate  

Properties

• ValueDisplayName: DisplayNames of the Value.

• Ordinal: Integer value used in the creation of the names of additional slots. This value is readonly and is set automatically. It functions similarly to the numeric suffix used in duplicate names: the lowest available number is assigned.

• Flags: Defines the Flags of the slots.

• ToArchive: Defines whether a Ticket in this status will be archived.
