Description
The TicketStatusSlotDefinition component will allow you to customize your Tickets statuses.
Combined with TicketStatusValueDefinition you will also be able to customize your status values.
Refer to Ticket synchronization for more information.

Present in the TicketTemplate by default.

SlotDisplayName: Defines the DisplayName of the slot

Facets: Defines the Facets applied on the slot

Flags: Defines the Flags of the slot

SlotType: Displays the type of the created slot.

ActionDisplayName: DisplayNames of the Actions created by status

CommentDisplayName: DisplayNames of the Comments created by status

TimestampDisplayName: DisplayNames of the Timestamps created by status

New: The default status of your new Tickets. This status is an OpenTicketStatusValueDefinition. Cannot be removed

Closed: A default ClosedTicketStatusValueDefinition used to archive Tickets. Can be removed.
