TroubleShoot (Template)

Description

The Troubleshoot component will determine the health of the Template. In addition to the configuration set by the integrator, it will run tests during station boot-up and when the service is activated.

 

Implementation

  • Present in the TicketTemplate by default.

Actions

  • Execute: Runs all the Tests in the current Folder.

Properties

  • ExecutionTime: Specifies when the component should be executed.

  • ShouldHaveATicketStatusValueDefinitionWithTheOrdinalSetTo0: Tests that there is only one TicketStatusValueDefinition with the ordinal set to 0.

  • TicketStatusValueDefinitionShouldHaveToArchive: Tests that at least one TicketStatusValueDefinition has toArchive set to true.

  • StrictListShouldHaveAtLeast2Values: Tests that the strictLists have at least 2 values

  • AllExternalIdsShouldBeUnique: Tests that all external ids in the station (not the database) are unique.

  • CheckDefaultScope: Checks that the default Scope in the TicketScopeSlotDefinition is valid.
