Request for historical values

The MQTT-based connectors allow a third party system to generate a request to obtain the historical values of a point over a given period. This allows in case of a loss of communication for example to get all the values of a point.

This system is designed to be "on-demand" as it can generate a lot of traffic depending on the amount of data involved.

The mechanism is identical to the point commands and the alarm acknowledgement
